1. How to Apply?
- Select a Job: Choose your desired job position and carefully read the details. Note that you can apply for multiple posts, but each application must be submitted separately with individual payments.
- Complete the Application Form: Fill out the form in English accurately.
- Submit Your Application: Submit the completed form to receive an Application ID or Reference Code via SMS.
2. How to Upload Photo and Signature?
- Access the Upload Section: Navigate to the PHOTO and SIGN tab or menu.
- Enter Your Details: Input your Application ID or Reference Code and search.
- Photo Requirements:
- Format: JPG
- Size: 250px x 250px, and less than 200KB.
- Signature Requirements:
- Format: JPG/JPEG/PNG/BMP
- Size: 170px x 70px, and less than 200KB.
3. How to Make a Payment?
- Access the Payment Section: Go to the Payment tab or menu.
- Enter Your Details: Input your Application ID or Reference Code and search.
- Select Payment Method: Choose a valid NAGAD number as the payment method.
- Complete the Payment: Click on Pay Now and do not close the page until the transaction is complete.
- Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation SMS from NAGAD.
4. How to Download the Application?
- Access the Download Section: Navigate to the Download Application tab or menu.
- Enter Your Details: Input your Application ID or Reference Code and search. Only paid applications can be downloaded.
- Download the Application: Click on the Download Application button.
- File Format: The application will be downloaded in PDF format.
5. How to Get the Admit Card?
- Notification: You will receive an SMS notification from the employer once your Admit Card is issued for a paid and accepted application.
- Access the Admit Card Section: Navigate to the Admit Card tab or menu.
- Enter Your Details: Input your Application ID or Reference Code and search. Only paid applications can access the admit card.
- Download the Admit Card: Click on the Download Admit Card button.
- File Format: The admit card will be downloaded in PDF format.
- Exam Information: The admit card will include details such as the exam date, center, and other relevant information.
6. How can I get help from Employer?
- Support Ticket: Navigate to the CONTACT US tab or menu.
- Enter Your Details: Input your Full Name, Application ID or Reference Code, Mobile, Email (If any) and write the subject. In details describe your problem and required solution.
- Notification: After Send Message you will get and SMS. Support team will try to resolve your problem and you will notify again via SMS. No need to create multiple support ticket at a time.
